The files in this subdirectory were copied from the following
FTP sites:

unicode.org (192.195.185.2)
metis.com (140.186.33.400)

I will try to keep these versions as up-to-date as possible by
periodically checking the above listed FTP sites.
	The files relate to Unicode and ISO 10646-1:1993, in
particular to the handling of Chinese characters that are contained
within those standards.
